I just started quilting about 3 months ago. This sometimes helps me forget my pain in my neck and lower back that I got from a car wreck three years ago, I am now disabled and not able to work because of my medicine. So, I have turned to this since I can do a little at a time and put it down for awhile, if I get hurting to badly.
