The Miami Valley Quilters' Guild invites you to "join hands" with quilt enthusiasts from Ohio's Miami Valley area!

The Miami Valley Quilters' Guild was founded to "join hands in friendship," encourage appreciation of quilts, and promote the art of quilting through education and communication. The Guild is a diverse group with more than 200 members - from all skill levels of quilters, quilt collectors, quilting teachers, and designers. We embrace quilting in all its many forms - hand piecing and quilting, machine piecing, home machine quilting, long-arm machine - and techniques - traditional, contemporary, fabric art, etc.
Our members come from communities througout Ohio's Miami Valley region - Dayton, Beavercreek, Kettering, Oakwood, Fairborn, Xenia, Yellow Springs, Springfield, Enon, Eaton, New Lebanon, and more.
We meet monthly with varied programs and speakers. We sponsor an annual retreat for members only, workshops with early enrollment for members, and a biennial show of members' work. Activities include community projects, Secret Stitchers, and small groups.
Join us for great fun, new ideas, and education that furthers the knowledge and appreciation of quilting.

Join us for one of America's greatest Barn Quilt Tours. Although you can take the driving tour any time of the year, each September you can participate in our live, open tours of multiple historic barns. There are themed activities including a display of over 150 hand-made quilts. View the 40 barn quilts on this unique driving tour of Champaign County in West-central Ohio. Plan to attend the 2008 Barn Quilt Tour on September 13 and 14, 2008! Also this year join us Friday the 12th for an additional quilt show sponsored by two of our quilt guilds. Stop and stay with us and enjoy Robert Rothschild's Gourmet Berry products in beautiful Urbana. Log onto www.champaignohio.com or call the Chamber of Commerce at 937-653-5764. Come see us!
