A few years ago we did round robins in our group. The most important thing we found was set a 2 week interval to get your round done & sent on. We also kept it a secret & had an unveiling party at the end of our robin. We had great fun & lots of guests came to our unveiling. Do you find this valuable?

Thanks for your reply deanne. I don't have a clue as to how to start one, what the rules are if any, etc. Can you explain how they work for me? Thank you.
Becky

We did borders, blocks & row robins with the best of luck. We had 6 in a robin & limited the rounds to that number. We would have 2 or 3 robins going at the same time .
II will look in my files to see if I can find our rules, which were very loose. But it was fun for beginners to the advanced quilter.
Just talking about robins brings back many good memories. We may have to do them again. But we had the best luck doing them in Jan.- March with an April unveiling. I will be in touch later with our rules.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. My files are huge & disorganized... I have found some "guidelines" for a border robin. I think they are about 1/2 type written page, too long for this space. I will retype them & send them
later.

Thank you so much. I appreciate the time you are taking to do this. If you prefer and can do it, you could scan the information and email it to my work number becky.wilcox@PruMt.com. It may save you time - you wouldn't have to retype it all. Whatever you wish though. thanks again.
